The LeADERS program at Old Dominion University focuses on Leadership, Applied Learning, Entrepreneurship, Diversity, Electives, Research, and Service. Being part of LeADERS allowed me to connect my coursework with real-world experiences and electives that helped build my technical and professional skills. It prepared me to take what I learned in the classroom and apply it confidently as I move toward a career in electrical and computer engineering technology.
