Hi, my name is Shadé Roberts. I am a senior at Old Dominion University majoring in Electrical Engineering Technology, with a minor in Computer Science, and I will be graduating in August 2025. My academic focus is on communication systems and power systems, and my career goal is to become an Electrical Engineer specializing in these areas to help design and improve critical infrastructure in the Bahamas.

As a participant in the ODU LeADERS program, I have had the opportunity to strengthen my leadership skills, and  apply my technical knowledge to real-world projects. This experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally, preparing me to contribute to the engineering field after graduation.
